About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for IB Engineering at Goldman Sachs is responsible for leading marketing efforts for applications used by classic bankers. This role involves understanding the challenges faced by the target audience and effectively communicating how the product addresses these issues. The position requires collaboration with product managers, marketing content designers, and engineering teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance product adoption and user engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create the marketing, training, and communication strategy for all technology products.
  • Write product marketing communications for product launches for global distribution.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
  • Set product marketing goals and timelines driven by adoption metrics to evaluate success of marketing campaigns.
  • Increase banker adoption rates of deployed technology solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to bankers for IB engineering technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management, product marketing or relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present, persuade and influence peers, vendors and executives.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Microsoft Teams and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodology.
