About the position
The Seasonal Sales Associate at Guitar Center plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding the right products. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and qualify their needs.
- Match customer needs to the right products.
- Pitch and overcome objections to close sales.
- Reach sales targets on services.
- Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
- Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
- Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
- Assist with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready for business.
Requirements
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
- High attention to detail.
