Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers to explore their musical passions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling instruments and accessories.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of musical gear and enhance the knowledge of fellow associates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and help fellow associates do the same.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store's vibrant atmosphere.
• Guide and mentor team members, supporting them in customer interactions and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Passion for music and a solid understanding of various instruments and products.
• Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
