• Maintain expert-level knowledge of musical gear and enhance the knowledge of fellow associates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster community engagement.
• Organize displays and maintain store aesthetics to reflect a vibrant music store vibe.
• Guide and mentor team members in customer interactions and operational tasks, including store opening and closing.

Requirements

• Passion for music with a solid understanding of various instruments and products.
• Proven track record in sales with a history of exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
