Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers to explore their musical passions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling instruments and accessories.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of musical gear and enhance the knowledge of others.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and help fellow Associates do the same.
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store's vibrant music atmosphere.
- Guide and mentor team members, supporting them in customer interactions and operational tasks.
Requirements
- A passion for music and a solid understanding of various instruments and products.
- Proven track record in sales with a history of exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with top-notch organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire others to achieve their best performance.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including nights and weekends.
