Your role will involve engaging with customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a vibrant store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired to explore their musical passions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear and enhance the knowledge of others.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain store aesthetics.
- Guide and mentor fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Passion for music with a solid understanding of various instruments and products.
- Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with top-notch organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire others.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including nights and weekends.
