In this role, we are looking for a creative and strategic thinker who will design, develop, and implement impactful training solutions. The Instructional Designer role plays a pivotal part in shaping employee development, empowering our customer service team with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional fan experience. We aim to be recognized as the best and most trusted customer experience brand in the world! This Full-Time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours. This role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps and areas for training development.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather, structure, and translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, simulations, job aids, assessments, videos, and other resources, adhering to adult learning principles.
  • Manage and execute training projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and retention of training programs using a variety of metrics and recommend changes for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of instructional design trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Experience with communications (i.e., memos, newsletters, etc.), graphic design, and authoring tools (i.e., Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, Web 2.0, etc.).
  • Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience designing and developing training programs for customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Experience in a call center environment.
