About the position

The GCSO Innovation Manager at GDH is responsible for identifying and implementing innovative solutions in clinical studies to enhance patient-centric approaches and support digital transformation projects. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for scalable solution implementations on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess new solutions for clinical studies, including telemedicine and wearables.
  • Develop frameworks and processes for implementing digital transformation solutions in clinical studies.
  • Collect surveys related to new solutions and lessons learned.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment of goals.
  • Prepare the organization for change management on new initiatives in clinical studies.
  • Support GCSO Innovation Leads on Digital Transformation projects.
  • Build external networks to stay at the forefront of clinical study innovation.
  • Educate and collaborate with key stakeholders on GCSO innovative solutions.
  • Work with strategic partners to align on systems and processes for new vendors.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables consistent with guidelines and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and advise on strategic and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure integration of activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support operational structure activities such as budget and resource planning.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and GCP guidelines during site selection and engagement.
  • Manage the scale-up of new technological solutions transitioning to the company enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing complex initiatives in a regulated environment.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Good understanding of the Clinical Development process.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects globally.
  • Previous team leadership experience preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of GCP guidelines in different regions.
