About the position

The GenAI and LLM Architect at Credera will lead project-based teams in a client-facing role, focusing on analyzing large datasets to derive insights through machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. This role involves architecting and implementing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, ensuring best practices in deployment, and mentoring junior team members. The architect will be responsible for scoping projects, estimating work streams, and serving as a technical expert in client communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary architect and technical lead on projects.
• Scope and estimate work streams for AI/ML solutions.
• Architect and model technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Participate in design sessions and provision environments.
• Coach and lead junior resources on projects.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights using ML and AI techniques.
• Implement enterprise-scale models into production environments.
• Monitor model performance and data quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in architecture, design, and implementation of large scale AI/ML solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on statistical modeling and/or analytical experience in an industry or consulting setting.
• Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field (PhD preferred).
• Experience with various ML and AI techniques (e.g., regression models, cluster analysis, neural networks).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals.
• Experience with data processing using LangChain and data embedding using LLMs.
• Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Proficient in large-scale distributed systems (Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with visualization tools (RShiny, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
