About the position

The Gen AI Engineering Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced algorithms such as GPT, Variational Autoencoders (VAE), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives, ensuring that all AI initiatives align with the overall business goals. This position also involves researching the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, identifying opportunities to integrate these innovations into existing products and services. In addition to model design and implementation, the Gen AI Engineering Lead will optimize existing generative AI models to enhance their performance, scalability, and efficiency. The role includes developing and maintaining AI pipelines, which encompass data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation. The lead will drive the team to build innovative GenAI products and solutions, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in a rapidly evolving field. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong grasp of deep learning techniques. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks are essential. Additionally, experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, is required. The candidate should also have experience in deploying generative AI models and working within Scrum or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and implement generative AI models and algorithms, utilizing state-of-the-art algorithms such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Research the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into products and services.
• Optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Drive the team to build GenAI products/solutions.

Requirements

• Solution Architect experience
• 4+ years of experience with Deep Learning Algorithms
• Experience with LLM and NLP
• At least 1 year of experience in Generative AI
• Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models
• Strong understanding of deep learning techniques
• Proficient in Python
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools
• Experience in deployment of Generative AI models
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
