About the position

The Gen AI/ML Engineer position is focused on developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the areas of deep learning and optical character recognition (OCR). The role requires strong programming skills in Python and experience with large language models (LLMs) and frameworks like LangChain. The engineer will work collaboratively in a team environment to innovate and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and applications using Python.
• Build optical character recognition (OCR) systems in Python.
• Interact with large language models using Python libraries.
• Monitor model performance and retrain/redeploy ML models as necessary.
• Collaborate with large teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Expert level experience in Data Science & ML SDLC, developing and deploying Python models.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer for at least 6 years.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like LangChain and PyTorch.
• Experience with data pipelines and model performance tuning.
