About the position

Infosys is seeking a GEN AI Tester with NLP Knowledge to act as a validation and quality assurance expert. The role involves reviewing the functionality of existing systems, conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert for existing systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design.
• Lead execution of testing to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Execute JCL jobs and query in DB2.
• Understand different file types for processing and provide knowledge transfer sessions if required.
• Design and develop generative AI models for testing applications.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to integrate AI-driven testing solutions.
• Lead research initiatives to explore and implement generative AI techniques in testing.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in testing scenarios.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists in the testing domain.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications in testing.
• Familiarity with data engineering and big data technologies.
• Experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of generative AI techniques in testing.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers.
