About the position

The GenAI Transformation Lead at Sanofi is responsible for driving the integration of Generative AI into the company's commercial capabilities, enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement innovative marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with Sanofi's strategic priorities. The position requires a strong focus on collaboration, agile methodologies, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to achieve best-in-class outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile and cross-functional GLocal transformation teams for various markets and brands.
• Facilitate key working sessions to develop a clear vision for GenAI-enhanced commercial strategies.
• Coach team members and co-produce deliverables.
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the overall GenAI roadmap.
• Set ambitions for different sprints and ensure quality execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of GenAI experiments and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead planning and execution of innovative marketing and engagement experiments.
• Identify risks and support teams in resolving them promptly.
• Share successes, learnings, and best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a marketing environment, familiar with Sanofi's content strategy and partner ecosystem.
• 2+ years of experience with specific Lighthouse brands (Toujeo, Dupixent) and knowledge of their marketing and commercial operations.
• Experience in business agile methodologies.
• Omnichannel management experience and expertise.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, essential for integrating GenAI technologies into commercial activities effectively.
• Deep marketing expertise, including market trend analysis and customer behavior understanding.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and oral, with proven communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with new technologies and GenAI applications relevant to marketing content.
