About the position
The General Assembly role at Donaldson Company involves working in a manufacturing team environment to produce air filtration products. Responsibilities
- Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
- Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
- Follow theoretical and practical instructions
- Exhibit mechanical aptitude
- Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve high efficiency and high quality air filtration products
- Inspect work of previous operators and communicate quality status
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
- Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
- Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required
