Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with daily operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships.
  • Help manage projects across the business, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Assist in tracking business metrics, preparing reports, and analyzing performance to support decision-making.
  • Oversee inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies, parts, and equipment.
  • Draft communications, newsletters, and promotional materials to clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Assist with market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or assistant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment (plumbing, HVAC, or related industries a plus).
  • Marketing experience or interest (social media, email marketing, or content creation).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience using marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva) a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
