About the position

The General Car Sales Manager at Ganas Auto Group is a full-time role focused on leading the sales team to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a bilingual individual fluent in both English and Spanish, who is self-motivated and has a strong background in sales and management. The role involves hiring, training, and directing sales associates, as well as implementing marketing initiatives and monitoring performance to meet monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, and direct the work of sales associates for appropriate headcount needs.
  • Establish goals and monitor the performance of all sales consultants.
  • Implement Store's monthly sales plan consistent with territory goals and objectives and sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with Territory Manager to create and deliver store's specific marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by managing, coaching, and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance for the store.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
