The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire renovation process, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and maintaining professional interactions with customers and builders.

Responsibilities

• Demolition & removal of debris.
• Complete remodel based on architectural drawings.
• Line up subcontractors.
• Order materials.
• Comply with policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
• Comply with safety guidelines to ensure protection of installers and property.
• Ensure that the interface with customers and builders is being conducted in a manner that is conducive with operational goals.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and ensure personal appearance meets the standards necessary to perform the job functions while representing the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in general construction and project management.
• Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable work vehicle.
• Fluent in English.
