Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
- Lead a clinical team consisting of dental hygienists and dental assistants.
- Participate in continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Become credentialed with dental insurance plans to serve a broader patient base.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Virginia.
- Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills.
Nice-to-haves
