About the position
This position is for a dentist who will be responsible for providing dental care to adult patients and some cooperative pediatrics. The role emphasizes the importance of patient education and bedside manner alongside performing various dental procedures. The dentist will work with a support staff of 12 and will have the opportunity to refer complex cases to specialists as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide dental care to adult patients and some cooperative pediatrics.
- Perform various dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, extractions, and implant placements.
- Educate patients about dental health and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and bedside manner.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Requirements
- State license required to practice dentistry.
- At least 2 years of experience as a dentist.
- BLS certification required.
- DEA certification preferred but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Wave One Rotary system.
- Experience with Invisalign.
