About the position

The General Dentist at Willamette Dental Group is responsible for providing comprehensive dental care in alignment with the company's evidence-based treatment philosophy. This role involves performing a full range of general dentistry procedures while ensuring optimal patient experiences and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full scope of general dentistry as permitted by state regulations.
• Utilize evidence-based dental practices in patient care.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation for all patient treatments using AxiUm electronic records.
• Conduct risk assessments and apply CAMBRA and PEMBRA principles with a focus on prevention.
• Diagnose and treat oral cavity anomalies using appropriate techniques and information.
• Assess patient needs and ensure high-quality service delivery to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
• Successful completion of a traditional pre-doctoral dentistry program.
• Valid licensure in the state(s) where practicing.
• Knowledge of evidence-based dental practices and patient care principles.
