Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
- Lead a clinical team consisting of dental hygienists and dental assistants.
- Participate in continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Engage in mentorship opportunities and collaborate with a network of supported doctors.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of South Carolina.
- Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
- Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with advanced dental technologies such as iTero scanner and wave-one endo.
- Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
