To qualify for this position, you must have a DDS/DMD degree and an active and unrestricted license in the state of Virginia. You should possess clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including the diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues, and a desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet the needs of patients. You will also need the ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans. The position will require access to the minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions, and regular HIPAA training will be required to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Physical requirements include the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. You must also be available to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
