About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment. This role requires expertise in various dental procedures, strong patient care skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
• Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Execute restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Conduct dental extractions and endodontic treatments as necessary.
• Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics with precision.
• Manage pediatric dentistry cases with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using Eaglesoft software.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options to promote overall wellness.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Uphold strict infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in patient care techniques and effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform dental extractions and endodontic procedures competently.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry advancements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience or training in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is advantageous.

Benefits

• Contract pay ranging from $638.41 to $733.13 per day.
