About The Position

Needham Public Schools is an inclusive, dynamic, and multicultural community seeking an energetic and skilled General Education Teaching Assistant to join our team. To enhance our goals of supporting every child, Needham Public Schools seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Under the supervision of the Principal and Assistant Principal, General Education Teaching Assistants support the daily building and student needs including providing class coverage, supervising students, performing lunch and recess duties, supporting students as necessary, and any additional tasks assigned by the Principal or Assistant Principal. Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced degree with 1-3 years of previous TA experience is a plus
