About the position

The General Fitness Sales Manager at HOTWORX is responsible for the overall success of the Alamo Ranch location, focusing on effective management strategies, marketing, sales, and exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining the integrity of the HOTWORX brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving performance goals through leadership and training of staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain the overall success of the studio through effective management and marketing strategies.
• Ensure superior customer service to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate member and employee records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Actively recruit, interview, and train staff according to franchisee criteria.
• Monitor sales goals and performance metrics for all employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of the studio and equipment.
• Ensure proper data entry and billing processes are followed by all employees.
• Submit daily production analysis to the Franchisee and maintain accountability within the team.
