The Pallet Builder/Repair position involves building and repairing wooden pallets by hand using a nail gun. This role requires physical labor in a demanding environment, with responsibilities including lifting heavy pallets and adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Build and repair wooden pallets using a nail gun.
- Lift wooden pallets weighing about 50 lbs regularly.
- Work in a labor-intensive environment under various weather conditions.
- Observe all safety rules and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds repetitively.
- Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.
- Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, welding, or logistics is encouraged.
- Quick hands and attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
