Responsibilities
- Receiving shipments and checking their accuracy against bills of lading.
- Unloading packages from incoming trucks.
- Inspecting contents to ensure they are undamaged and verifying packages according to orders and invoices.
- Addressing any discrepancies by contacting suppliers or shippers.
- Returning unsatisfactory shipments and receiving replacements.
- Labeling deliveries and allocating them to designated places.
- Ensuring invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries.
- Assisting in inventory control.
Requirements
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Forklift operation experience.
