Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team environment with laborers, supervisors, and operators
• Utilize a tape measure to accurately measure and cut lumber as per specifications
• Execute tasks such as stacking, sorting, and labeling lumber
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards consistently
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
• Embrace learning new skills and processes as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback
