About the position

The Warehouse Laborer/RPC Sorter is responsible for hand sorting reusable plastic containers by manufacturer and size onto pallets. This role involves ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining a clean work environment. The position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Hand stacking RPC's on pallets to appropriate height, following inventory control instructions
• Examining products for quality standards
• Ensuring all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to customer
• Wrapping sorted pallets and securing for shipment
• Moving pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Completing all production paperwork with accuracy
• Communicating directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager

Requirements

• Good math, language and reading skills with attention to detail
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
• Ability to follow instructions for keeping records
• Understanding that overtime may be required
