Responsibilities

• Maintaining the appearance of the property
• Mowing
• Weed Whacking/Trimming
• Weed Spraying
• Picking up trash on the lot
• Cleaning & Maintaining the appearance of Tractors, Mowers, and other items for sale
• Performing Local Deliveries and Pick-Ups
• Loading and Unloading Trailers
• Operating Equipment
• Moving items on the lot
• Assembling Tractors, Mowers, & Implements
• Performing make-readies of sold items
• Performing rental turns
• Any additional tasks as may be assigned

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Diesel engine repair: 3 years (Preferred)
• Ability to Relocate: Alvarado, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
