About the position

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating molding equipment, trimming and cleaning parts, and ensuring quality control. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow established work instructions while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and utilize the correct materials for trimming, cleaning, and assembling parts.
• Operate molding equipment efficiently and safely.
• Trim molded parts using small hand tools, such as scissors, to remove excess material.
• Clean, mark, paint, and label parts according to established work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks following prescribed procedures and report any issues to the lead person.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to inspect quality and defects of products.
• Proficient in using measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
