About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the store team to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Handle all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain inventory and place food orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Respond to customer concerns and ensure exceptional service is provided.
  • Implement and uphold Domino's policies and procedures within the store.
  • Monitor store performance and profitability, and work towards achieving financial goals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Motivational skills to train and develop team members.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 5 closing shifts per week, including weekends.
