About the position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino's store, ensuring operational standards, food safety, and profitability while fostering an inclusive and engaged environment. This role involves providing leadership and supervision to the team, managing costs, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store.
• Achieve operational standards and food safety protocols.
• Manage profitability and cost control measures.
• Lead and supervise store team members.
• Recruit, retain, and develop employees.

• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
