About the position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and results in assigned Domino's stores. This role involves ensuring that food, labor, and service goals are met, conducting monthly P&L reviews, and maintaining high standards across all locations. The General Manager will also be responsible for staffing, training, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
  • Ensure food, labor, and service goals are within target.
  • Conduct monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisor.
  • Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards.
  • Ensure all stores are adequately staffed and train all team members.
  • Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
  • Implement new products or ideas seamlessly across all stores.
  • Ensure all stores operate at a minimum 4-star level.
  • Perform self OER's in the first week of each period and make necessary corrections.
  • Complete evaluations and raises as needed and notify D.O.
  • Follow through on all assignments and ensure timely submission of reports and paperwork.
  • Ensure all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and operational standards.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures and ensure equipment is in working order.
  • Maintain store budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver all school lunches within required standards.
  • Provide accurate and detailed accountability and ensure a paper trail exists.
  • Ensure all equipment is available and utilized correctly.
  • Perform inventory checks on each store monthly.
  • Utilize systems checklist and visit books effectively.

Requirements

  • Mid-level management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience in the food service industry.
  • Familiarity with Domino's operational standards.
