About the position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned Domino's stores, ensuring that food, labor, and service goals are met. This role involves managing staff, maintaining store standards, and implementing new products and ideas effectively. The General Manager will also conduct monthly P&L reviews and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all results in assigned stores
  • Ensure food, labor, and service goals are within target
  • Conduct monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisor
  • Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards
  • Staffing and training of all team members in all stores
  • Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores
  • Implement new products or ideas seamlessly
  • Ensure all stores operate at a minimum 4-star level
  • Perform self OER's in the first week of each period and make necessary corrections
  • Complete evaluations and raises as needed and notify D.O.
  • Follow through on all assignments and ensure timely submission of reports and paperwork
  • Ensure all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and operational standards
  • Follow all safety and security procedures and ensure equipment is in working order
  • Maintain store budgets
  • Prepare and deliver school lunches within required standards
  • Provide accurate and detailed accountability and ensure a paper trail exists
  • Perform inventory checks on each store monthly
  • Utilize systems checklist and visit books effectively

Requirements

  • Mid-level management experience
  • Strong understanding of food service operations
  • Ability to manage multiple stores effectively
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Knowledge of P&L management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to implement new products and ideas

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the pizza industry
  • Familiarity with TIPS training standards
  • Previous experience in a multi-unit management role
