About the position

The General Manager at Domino's Franchise is responsible for overseeing all operations within the restaurant, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations within the restaurant including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the team by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Make schedules, order products, train team members, and handle hiring.
• Manage team performance and ensure exceptional service to maintain Domino's reputation as the best pizza delivery company.
• Control costs and work towards achieving profit share bonuses based on performance.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
