The General Manager at Domino's is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single store, ensuring operational standards, food safety, and profitability while fostering an inclusive and engaged environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage costs, build sales, and increase customer base to enhance store profitability.
  • Lead Team Members in operational excellence and promote brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule new Team Members effectively.
  • Provide continuous training and development for Team Members.
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies consistently.
  • Serve as an operations expert on Domino's operating standards to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure consistently high-quality products and service to customers.
  • Prepare and serve products during operations as needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards diligently.
  • Foster productive and professional relationships with Team Members and customers.
  • Mentor Team Members and serve as an operations expert in all store-level positions.
  • Handle cash, reconciliation, and reporting accurately.
  • Manage labor and inventory control effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Understanding and demonstration of basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
  • Ability to lead and promote team members and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
  • Food Service Manager Certified.
