About the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations at the store including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
  • Ensure profitability and maintain customer relations.
  • Set an example by following all company policies and procedures.
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, and food management.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality among staff.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and manage local store marketing.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ample supervisory or management experience within the restaurant/food service industry.
