Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of basic management experience.
• 3 years of functional experience in food service management.
• Strong employee engagement and leadership skills.
• Culinary production experience with a focus on safety and sanitation compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in high-volume dining management in university or healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC).
• Proficiency in computer skills and report management.
