About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all aspects of food operations in the hospital.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate tasks through subordinate managers and staff.
• Deliver high-quality food services including retail, catering, and patient meal management operations.
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships, particularly in c-suite settings.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory standards, and Sodexo standards.
• Interact daily with patients, families, and clinical teams to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Create a positive work environment for staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of basic management experience.
• 3 years of basic functional experience in food service operations.
• Strong employee engagement leadership skills and previous supervisory experience.
• Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and report management experience.
