About the position

The General Manager 3 - Food at Sodexo is responsible for overseeing all Food & Nutrition programs at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center. This role involves managing patient meal services and retail operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial leadership, effective decision-making, and a commitment to patient and employee satisfaction, while leading a team of 23 associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Nutrition programs, including patient meal services and retail operations.
• Drive client engagement and ensure patient and employee satisfaction.
• Manage financial aspects of food operations, including complex financial contracts.
• Develop and motivate a team in a complex healthcare environment.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
• 3 years of experience in customer relationship management and contracts.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
