About the position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Multi-Service (GMMS) to oversee Food Services and Environmental Services at MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, CA. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, enhancing patient experiences, and ensuring compliance with health regulations while fostering a culture of exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for Food and Environmental Services (EVS).
• Manage Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and conduct daily meal rounding, including service recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience.
• Ensure EVS team adheres to policies and procedures according to JACHO regulations.
• Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, working closely with the Infectious Control department.

Requirements

• CDM or RD Certification required.
• 5 years of basic management experience.
• 5 years of functional experience in food service and hospital environmental services.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage people, processes, and projects.
