About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns or issues.
• Solicit and utilize customer feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty.
• Train and promote quality standards to team members using available tools.
• Recruit and maintain adequate staffing levels according to projected sales.
• Orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct performance reviews and document performance issues.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a quality and customer-focused atmosphere.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year performance.
• Seek additional sales through creative local marketing efforts.
• Manage profit goals and ensure controllable costs stay within budget.
• Execute administrative and cash management duties.
• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet sales demands.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, fully equipped, and meets safety standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license under state laws.
