About the position
The General Manager at MBR Central ILL Pizza, LLC is responsible for overseeing all operations at the Rantoul location of Domino's Pizza. The General Manager is expected to lead by example and create a positive work environment while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations during shifts, including cost controls, inventory control, and customer relations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all staff members.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, and food management.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold a perfect image according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure team attendance and punctuality.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive store profitability.
Requirements
- Management experience required, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment.
- Ability to perform basic math functions accurately and quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and staff.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
