About the position

The General Manager - Advanced Solutions at EquipmentShare will oversee daily operations within the Pump, Power, HVAC, and Industrial Tooling Division. Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential.
• Build and develop a skilled team through sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Manage operations to maximize the financial success of the branch office.
• Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to identify areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as equipment utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management regarding issues and improvements.
• Establish measurable goals and expectations for team members.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and legal regulations.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services.
