Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is essential for effective communication within the team and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure timely service.
• Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after events.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Supervise team members during shifts to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Train new staff on food handling procedures and kitchen protocols.
• Manage shifts effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Handle POS systems for order processing and payments.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery in a quick-service fast food restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Experience in supervising staff or managing shifts is a plus.
• Skills in training development for new employees are advantageous.
• Knowledge of POS systems is beneficial for efficient order processing.
