About the position

The General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the assigned restaurant, ensuring brand integrity, team performance, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, executing sales initiatives, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. The General Manager is also tasked with developing the management team and ensuring the restaurant meets financial and operational goals set by the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all overall operations of the assigned restaurant.
• Ensure the overall integrity of the Buffalo Wild Wings brand.
• Manage team performance and drive increased sales and profitability.
• Conduct weekly manager meetings to inform the management team of results and initiatives.
• Develop and execute sales building initiatives.
• Ensure AV is maintained and operational at all times.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure the store is adequately staffed.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure high levels of hospitality.
• Conduct administrative functions and ensure accuracy in managerial work.
• Maintain a clean and QSC ready restaurant at all times.
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain talent needed to drive the business.
• Manage the WCT (Wing Certified Trainers) program and ensure proper training for new roles.
• Drive a culture of accountability and open communication within the team.

Requirements

• Hospitality Management experience
• Mid-level supervising experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience
• Kitchen experience
