About the position

The General Manager position at Flik Hospitality Group in Cambridge, MA, is a leadership role within the B&I dining division. Responsibilities

• Coordinate all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Lead overall day-to-day operations of the account
• Conduct HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and provide top-quality food
• Successfully execute new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team

Requirements

• A BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered
• Five years of foodservice operation experience
• High-volume production and catering experience are crucial
• Proven experience leading a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
