About the position

The position is responsible for managing the sales and profits (P&L) of the regional business in the US, ensuring alignment with budget and targets. The role involves producing a local business plan that aligns with management's vision and executing action plans to improve and develop the regional business. The individual will oversee the regional P&L, manage costs and expenses, and analyze business trends, income/outcome status, and cash flow forecasts to meet budgetary goals. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing company culture, coaching the leadership team, and establishing a strong regional organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and profits (P&L) for the regional business in the US.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in regional management in consumer goods, retail, or luxury industries.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
