About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Proven track record of leading and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
